Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. After moving to America she was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her career began as an actor for children. She is most famous for her appearances in AT&T commercials on TV. In these commercials, she was Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and 2020 (since 2020). She was also a frequent series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). Additionally she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub has also voiced Squirrel Girl on the Marvel Rising franchise since 2018 after being chosen to voice Squirrel Girl in the unaired TV pilot for New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At the age of 2 she left together with her parents to the U.S. to escape antisemitism. She was able to settle in West Hollywood. When she was five she began to appear in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to the financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. But she dropped out of school following her sophomore year. She earned the GED and then obtained an undergraduate degree in Arts (Communication) from University of California San Diego. As part of the Upright Citizens Brigade she studied Improv comedy.
